Center for Observation, Research & Knowledge Transfer on Exponential Technologies’ Impact on Individuals, Strategies, Structures and Systems

Understanding transformations in the exponential age

ABOUT

Understanding how exponential technologies are transforming individuals and organisations, and how leaders should respond, requires close observation through a comprehensive, impartial and rigorous approach. It is in this spirit that CORTEXIS (Center for Observation, Research & Knowledge Transfer on Exponential Technologies’ Impact on Individuals, Strategies, Structures and Systems) was founded—an independent, non-profit, multidisciplinary research center and observatory.

VISION

Leaders equipped to navigate disruption, exercise sound judgement, and effectively organise, guide and mobilise increasingly hybrid, remote and multicultural teams and organisations.

MISSION

To understand how exponential technologies impact behaviors, collective dynamics and leadership, and therefore, organizational performance.

To share these insights and translate them into practical tools, frameworks, and methods for more effective management.

RESEARCH

To ensure that our analyses are both relevant and actionable, we gather information primarily through face-to-face interviews with executives, subject-matter experts, and individuals from a wide range of backgrounds.

ANALISIS/SYNTHESIS

After carefully analyzing and structuring the information gathered, we create a synthesis. This essential step allows us to transform knowledge into useful tools, frameworks, and methods that can be directly applied by managers and leaders.

KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

Knowledge transfer is the driving force behind CORTEXIS’s research activities. It supports organizations in navigating transformation and fosters the exchange of perspectives with the goal of the goal of developing a leadership approach that balances performance and innovation with consideration for the human dimension.
